The following Terms of Use (“Agreement”) apply to all legal relationships and liabilities arising from your association with MailCastle, whether you are an individual or an organization using MailCastle services for personal or business purposes. If you are using MailCastle on behalf of an organization, this Agreement applies to that organization as well. Hereafter, all references to “you” or “your” refer to both individuals and organizations responsible for creating access accounts for MailCastle.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailCastle services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. These terms govern your use of MailCastle services from the “Effective Date” onward. The “Effective Date” is one day prior to the date you begin using our services. MailCastle refers to its holding company, mailcastle.in.

We may update these terms periodically, and it is your responsibility to review this page regularly to ensure continued compliance. By continuing to use our services, you accept any updates and agree to be legally bound by all terms in this Agreement.

2. Legal Notice

The Standard Contract Terms and Conditions (“SCTC”) define the access conditions and terms of use for MailCastle services. By using MailCastle services, including clicking the “I accept the terms and conditions” checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

MailCastle reserves the right to update the SCTC and will notify users of any changes. These terms govern your use of https://mailcastle.in/ and related services. Your electronic submissions, including account creation and service interactions, constitute a contract between you and MailCastle.

3. User Account

  • Each individual may create only one account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • Your email address, provided during account creation, will be the primary communication channel between you and MailCastle.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. MailCastle is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce any MailCastle software for commercial purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
  • You grant MailCastle the right to use your name and trademarks for promotional purposes, such as in brochures, websites, and social media posts.

5. MailCastle’s Responsibilities

  • MailCastle grants you a non-exclusive right to use our services upon payment of the required fees.
  • MailCastle provides its services “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • MailCastle will notify you promptly of any issues affecting the service and will work to resolve them.
  • MailCastle is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our services.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

  • To use MailCastle services, you must pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • MailCastle reserves the right to modify pricing and related terms, with notice provided to users.
  • An electronic invoice will be issued within five days of payment for users who opt for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, services, software, graphics, and databases provided by MailCastle are the sole property of MailCastle and its holding company, mailcastle.in.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or resale of MailCastle’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MailCastle is not liable for any damages arising from the loss of data, security breaches, or any incidental or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • In the event MailCastle is found liable for any damages, the liability is limited to the amount paid by you to MailCastle in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • MailCastle will make every effort to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country of MailCastle’s incorporation. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
